| Athletic physicals for the 2008-2009 school year will be on August 2 at Vista Ridge HS.
Cost is $20. (Make checks out to LISD).
There are new forms (4) that must be completed. Old forms will NOT be accepted.
There will be echocardiograms available also for $5. (Make checks out to Kathy Crowell)
8 a.m. Boys 9th and 10th grade
9:30 a.m. Boys 11th and 12th grade
11 a.m. Girls 9th and 10th grade
12 p.m. Girls 11th and 12th grade
